We will never be able to compete with big oils media and public relations budgets, but independent films and passionate grassroots movements can move mountains (or pipelines) when aligned behind a just cause.

With your help, we created an adventure/conservation documentary that will amplify Michigan’s voice and share a story of hope. Thanks to our community so far, our film is beautiful, informative, and emotional. The Troubled Water team is now focused on making sure our message can reach as many eyes and ears as possible! Donations continue to pay for our post production costs and our independent distribution strategy.
